Episode 174 - Lil Wayne, Gwyneth Paltrow, Scrotum Attack

Hey, folks!  This week, Tim is off celebrating his birthday, so we're joined in studio by the illustrious Mike James.  In this episode, we try to figure out how anyone could be so heinous as to deny Lil Wayne entry into a basketball game even though he didn't have a ticket.  After that, it's a discussion about whether Gwyneth Paltrow's tweet about "N$%&^!@$ sin Paris" was racist, ignorant, or just stupid.  From there, it's all about a republican staffer who didn't actually mean what he said about throwing acid in democratic women's faces.  And we finish with one of the most horrific scrotum stories you'll ever hear.

  • You-Wanted-A-Nigga? A Nigga-Is-Here

    Niggas are going to be niggas, and only niggas should get offended. If you don’t use the word nigga, but get offended when someone of another race does; you’re a borderline hypocrite. Don’t blame the outcome, attack the source.Use that same aggression towards the people around you dropping the word so loosely. The Hispanic culture has adopted the word Nigga, and it’s excepted. Why? Who picks and chooses who gets to use a word? The reason other racial slurs aren’t said to those races is because Italians, Asians, and even Hispanics aren’t dancing the word in the Black populations faces in their everyday life. Hip Hop is now ingrained into American culture, and with it comes a lot of things the Black culture is proud of - and A LOT of things that aren’t so much. On both sides of that fence stands the word Nigga. Making it about as free, and American as apple pie. You know who likes apple pie? White people! There is a movie about them having sex with it. Asking them not to say Nigga after making it so cool and exclusive would be like carving up an apple pie and only serving it to the Black people and a handful of “down” Hispanics. So in the words of the great “Claude” aka Eddie Murphy in the movie Life - “How much would it take to turn one of those white’s only pies into a nigga pie?”. Apparently, a couple million dollars and a rap deal. *Repeat this post 8x, with lasers, and a packed multicultural arena yelling “nigga”*

    Paltrow tweeted N*gg*s, and you mad - thousands were YELLING Niggas at 2 Black men, but that’s fine?
