I hope you have Ted on again; one thing I’ve not seen defended is these kids out of college down there that want all their student loans forgiven. I wonder how Ted feels about that. I understand that student loans can pile up but what about kids the same age that went to the military for the GI Bill, or went to community college, or went part time and took longer to finish and didn’t amass this huge debt. What do they get for their hard work? Then again many that volunteer to serve are the poor. Many of the people in the OWS movement are not.

The other thing is what are they proposing? Who do they want to come up with a solution/answer?

I also wish more people would get the message out about crooks like Greenspan, Rubin, and Summers. This started way before the Bush administration. Frontline’s “the warning” (on Netflix) is a must watch.

I can’t believe y’all came with an 80’s movie I’d never heard of- ‘Monster Squad’. One more addition to the Netflix queue I guess. Most of the ones y’all mentioned I used to watch on USA’s Up All Night with Rhonda Shear & Gilbert Gottfried. Clearly my childhood was wildly unsupervised.

So I have a little alternate theory on the girl from Real Talk with Randolph who doesn’t like her friend’s man. It’s not that the friend wants to get with the guy; she’s probably ALREADY been with him. Either it happened since he & her friend have been together and she doesn’t want her friend to find out about it or she got with him in the past and he rejected her /it ended badly and she doesn’t want him around for the long term.

I’d bet she blew him at a party or something while her friend was at home visiting her parents some weekend and doesn’t want the guy to have a crisis of conscious later on down the line and eventually spill the beans- potentially ending their friendship. Shady!

Hey I know you guys listen to the Marc Maron podcast and I am wondering if you listen to the Steve Byrne episode. I was curious to you hear your takes on his views of race and comedy. It seems to lend its self to Andy’s theory on the death of “white guilt” and the reinforcement mentality of “white privilege”.

Love the last show, I just don’t get the Bieber thing. Anyway, I had a thought for the end of black history month, you ever seen the the movie Starship Troopers, you now the scene we’re Rico, gets whipped, you ever notice that its a black man whipping a white boy, how often do you see that in a movie, very antislave, and how the main characters were supposed to be from south america, but they were all white, not a latin among them…I’m just saying lol..
